"I first met Melissa Kues several years ago when I was trying to sell my house in Paso Robles. I had put it on the market in the spring of ?09 and by September of ?09, I was getting pretty desperate to sell, prices were falling and while not upside down, I did not want to get to that point. I discharged my agent at that time and began interviewing for a new agent.
I interviewed three local agents and the third agent was Melissa Kues. I was immediately impressed by her professional appearance, her impressive portfolio, honest opinion and ?go get ?em? attitude. I gave her the listing and she immediately set to work. She began showing the house immediately and I would hear from her at least 3 or 4 times a week. She also answered my own calls immediately and was never too busy to listen to my concerns. She was excellent at negotiating upon my behalf and would tell other agents not to ?lowball? her client (me).
She sold my house within 6 weeks.
Within and year, I was again on the market, this time looking to buy another home. Of course I immediately contacted Melissa and again she set to work. We looked for about 1 month. She would research homes in my price range and take me out at 2 or 3 times a week. Again, she always made herself available to me be it day or night, weekends included.
We finally found a home I could afford and again she negotiated a price for me. She went over and beyond when upon closing the agent representing the seller was nowhere to be found so I could have a key to move in. Somehow she located a key and made a special trip from SLO to open the house for me so my movers could move in my furniture.
In short, in my opinion, Melissa Kues is a one-person real-estate whirlwind! Amazing!
I could not recommend her more highly to anyone thinking of purchasing or selling a home. I recommend her to people I know all the time.
